Terms of use
Who runs this site
This site is run by an independent dealer of Flexform furniture, working from New York. It is not operated by Flexform and not endorsed by it. The Flexform name and the collection names belong to the factory and are used here to say what is being sold.
What is on the page
Collection descriptions and specifications are reproduced from the product pages Flexform publishes, and the photographs come from the factory image library. We do not rewrite them, and we do not add measurements or claims the factory has not published.
Catalogues change. A collection listed here may be withdrawn, and a finish shown here may be discontinued. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and nothing here is binding until we send you a written quote.
Prices
Every price is on request. A quote we send is valid for the period stated on it and covers the pieces, finishes and delivery described in it. Duty, taxes and freight are quoted at the rates in force when the quote is made.
Your use of the site

- Do not scrape itAutomated harvesting of the pages or images is not permitted.
- Do not republish itThe factory photographs are licensed to us for selling its furniture, not for onward publication.
- Do not misuse the formIt is there for enquiries about furniture.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take care to keep the specifications accurate, but where this site and the factory disagree, the factory is right. Our liability for anything arising from the use of this site is limited to what the law does not let us exclude.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
